02 Stratus running rough at stop light

Sitting at a stop light my car will run really rough but if I take it out of gear and put it in neutral it will stop i have a 2002 strat with auto and 3.0

I didnt even ask a question what i wanted to say was, what causes that and is it a simple fix

I'd go to the autoparts store and get some "Seafoam" follow the instructions and run it thru the intake system and see if that cleans up the intake you might have dirt /contamination in the IAC

It was tuned up on monday jan 5 (oil change trans fluid and filters)
