I have a '95 stratus ES and it has lost its power steering. I had it looked at today and they say it is not a belt... it's the pump or the rack. There is no leaking and the power steering fluid reservoir is still full... leading me to think it's the rack.

Has anyone had this repaired? What am I looking at in terms of cost here? Should I bail on the car?
