you need to do the 1000/1500/2000 to get rid of the scratches

Here's the way I look at it $20 and some elbow grease for a huge improvement , versus spending $300/$600 for a set of headlights

Well thats wonderful news. I have a set of old headlights that would block out the light of a magnesium flare. I would be thrilled if you bought them from me for the paultry sum of 25.00 thus saving you 275-575 dollars.

Congrats ... told you you needed the 1000/2000 to get them clear ... A good coat of wax will help keep them clear

A lot of elbow grease and some polish should do it. I remember when I did this also and I couldn't get the damn thing to clear up, I sent them to Pearl to try and have him work his magic, still wouldn't come out. Then I sold the headlights to a member on 2g and he got them cleared up by hand. Just keep working that polish in.
