Yeah that's very understandable. A retrofit can cost you as little, or as much. It all depends on the projector you buy, if you either get it retrofitted by a certain individual or take the task on yourself. I could have saved myseld a lot of money, finding my own parts, doing the retrofit myself. I could have probably easil saved $500 doing it all myself.

 

when i was still active on 2g, i recall some guys making their own out of parts of various cars. A while back, i got the "projection" assemblies from a newer mazda, but never did anything with them.

now, had i come across lights like yours when the strat was my only car, it may have been a different story...
