do the motor mounts on 97 stratus' go bad often im thinking about buying one it only has 67000 miles but has a bad mount and a strut are these things common to go bad or should i ask more questions about what caused these thing to go bad

 

not sure which engine you have, my 2.5v6 has original mounts, and has 163,000mi so far. the 2.4 has different mounts though. doesn't come across as a common problem on this forum.

 

the front and read mounts on my 02 RT coupe lasted about two years.
