Default Plenum removal for tune-up

Are there any tricks to doing this? i have a 02 stratus 3.0 v6 80,000miles and i realize i need to remove the plenum to get the the rear plugs. Do I need to remove everthing to get to them? I ran into my problem at the throttle body. I'm not sure of the easiest way to disconnect the plenum from it. Seems like everywhere i look, the best tip i see is "Just remeove the plenum" or "go to the library and find an instruction book". I have a haynes manual but being told to remove everthing isn't really instruction.

One more ?. i have a vibration at idle while in gear...is this a poor motor/tranny mount or just caused by bad plugs/wires? thanks.

supposedly it can be done without removing the plenum, but since I am a human being and have normal size hands I just pull the plenum, and clean under it with a rag lightly soaked with engine degreaser.
