I'm not quite sure what you are looking to do? is there a leak somewhere you need sealed? or are you talking about a wiring circuit. Please clarify your post so we can understand and help.

Please keep all information in the forum. If information is sent private, than it cannot be added to by other members. I personally don't appreciate direct communication from the forum directly asking ME for help, mainly because I will help where I can anyways.
Anyhow, you asked me if http://store.appliancezone.com/servl...er-Seal/Detail would work. I've used something like that in my first car, and the air conditioner didn't leak, but it also didn't work after I've used it. I would recommend tracking the leak down, it might be less to fix the actual problem, than trying a "miracle sealer".
You also mentioned that you don't want to take the dash apart. If you are getting a leak INSIDE the car, it's most likely the heater core, in which case that AC sealer won't do anything for you. It's not all that difficult to take the car apart, a few screws and most of the dash face falls off.
