Default Windshield Washer Pump

My Windshield Wiper Fluid squirters (sp?) used to work from time to time. Sometimes when I tried them, they'd work and other times it wouldn't work. Finally, it has stopped squirting fluid all together and there is plenty of fluid in the tank. I do not hear any noise from the motor when i try to squirt so I was thinking maybe the fuse is bad or the pump has taken a crap all over my face. Can which fuse controls the wiper fluid pump? Also, where would I find this fuse? Thanks in advance for your help!

Default Washer Pump

I have a 2004 Stratus and it turned out to be a bad washer pump which of course is located in the bottom of the resevoir. New pump was about $70.00 and an hour later it was working again.
