A/C clutch bearing

hi all... anyone here ever replace the beaing in the clutch on their a/c unit? right now my pulley is still spinning but it is making a growling noise like the bearing is basiclly shot. Any help would be helpful.

Anyone have any thoughts on this. My bearing is being delivered today. I hope I don't need any special tools.
