Default Is my transmission about to go?

OK I've got 115,000 miles and here are some things I know. My car isn't aligned properly and needs all 4 tires replaced, the rear 2 are cupping badly and the front 2 are low on tread.

What will happen, particularly when I enter OD past 40 MPH, is a delayed shift into the next gear(I believe 4th gear right around 50 MPH), there is a brief loss of power and then the engine will rev again like there's nothing wrong and continue climbing in speed. If I just gradually go from 0-50+ it still wants to shift hard as though I were flooring it. Mainly I'm feeling this around 50 MPH, but I'm not sure if its the knock sensor at this mileage or tranny. Also, it is more evident in hotter temperatures.

Ideas? Recommendations? I had my filter and fluid changed on my tranny at 100,000 with a timing belt job(dont ask that was a nightmare I think my belt tensioner is worn)...

Does the manual call for a transmission FLUSH instead or is this knocking?

...well, just an update with the engine warm I went WOT from 0-60 MPH without the hard shifts on the way home from the store just then. I wonder if I have a MAP/IAT/TPS sensor going bad or a vacuum leak somewhere?

Its the ATF full and a strawberry color? If not, you need to add more or change the transmission fluid and filter.

Its full and is a pink to strawberry color. I had the fluid/filter changed 15,000 miles ago. Probably for the first time for this car. I wonder if it could be the TPS or MAP/IAT sensor? Its almost as though unless I'm WOT the car won't drive smoothly on any kind of incline, going downhill or uphill. I do need new tires badly, though.

I think I'm going to change the filter and fluid again, but used some SeaFoam TransTune before the change. Good idea?
