Default How much to replace the timing belt?

Can anyone give me an idea of how much it would cost to replace the timing belt on a 98 Stratus? The shop is telling me they need to order the timing belt, the timing belt kit, and replace 4 spark plugs. Thanks!

OK, here's the deal. My car died in rush hour - towed it to CarX. CarX says the diagnostic machine said it had a bad camshaft positioning sensor, they replaced it and it still wouldn't start. Then they replaced the timing belt and now it starts, but idles REALLY rough. I wouldn't take it and told the shop to fix the idling problem. Then they said it needed a new oxygen intake sensor, they did that and it still idles rough, it even died on them once. Now they say they're "boss" said the timing chain and the car's "computer system" has to "relearn" everything and it could take up to 20 "drive cycles" to run/idle right. Does this sound right, or do they know what they're even doing?
