2000 dodge stratus fuel pump problems

just put new fuel pump in 2000 dodge stratus turn key on pump will not start working is there something that i missed

yall musta missed sumnthing cuz it dont work maybe old one was good too but yall didnt do good testing first like power to the pump or ground wir good?

the ASD relay will shut off the spark but it will also shut off the power to the fuel pump

Where is the ASD relay located? in the engine compartment? by the driver side door?
