Angry 2004 Dodge Stratus 2.4L no spark

I have 2004 Stratus with no spark. I have replaced both the crankshaft and camshaft position sensors but I still don't have voltage on the coil pack. Since the engine head was removed, I thought the car might be out of time when the head was installed again. The time seems ok but still doesn't work. Any suggestions

How do you know timing is okay? You looked at the cam sprockets?

I got the Haynes Repair Manual and I aligned the marks as shown in there. I also aligned the crankshaft mark.

I just did the timing belt on my car. When you were done aligning. You rotated the whole thing and the sprockets were still lined up?

Also did you check ASD relay? The Auto Shutdown (ASD) relay provides battery voltage to the ignition coil. I think you can just swap it out with one of the other ones next to it...

I pulled the timing belt out, I rotated each camshaft sprocket so the marks would be as shown in the pic then I aligned the crankshaft mark with the arrow. Once everything was aligned, I put the timing belt back.

I have checked all fuses and I tried swaping the relays as you said but didn't work

I understand you lined everything up but did you rotate the engine by hand and see if the marks were still aligned after the belt was put on? When I lined up my marks the first time they were not lined up afterwards. I had to advance the exhaust cam sprocket by three teeth and in order for them to line up after I rotated the engine twice by hand.. Let me know..
