Engine compartment smokes when warmed up; it's been smoking for months; fluid levels are ok. The smoke is not excessive, it's noticeable as it comes from under the hood when stopped at for example a traffic light. The smoke is coming from the far side of the engine near the passenger compartment firewall. I need some ideas here. Thanks.

 

Did you check the valve cover on the exhaust side?

 

Hi...I replaced the valve cover gasket and i still have smoke after warmed up. where i am stuck is how to check the gasket on the exhaust side when i can't get to it to view..
