Default SOLUTION: To Water In the Floor

Do you notice After it rains or you wash your car the floor boards, usually on the passenger side get Wet.. Either just slightly or you may have standing water. This seems to be a common problem with Dodge Vehicles.

There is a seal on the passenger side Hood Hinge area. (could also be on drivers side) If this seal is cracked or broken or missing you will get water in the car every time it rains.
The water runs down the windshield in to the Hing area under the Hood then down under the dash area into the car. (Most commonly noticed after a heavy rain)

But, First pour water over the Hood Hinge area, if it comes in the car there is your problem. (we had to pull the carpet back to see it run in.. It comes in under the carpet.) We used a water hose to get the water to run in. Also our carpet was already wet and so we couldnt tell without pulling the carpet back. If your carpet is dry, it may be easier to tell that you are getting water coming in because of the carpet starting to get wet.

You may need to take the hood off to get to the seal. If it is not plugged up, you just need to fill the hole. You can seal it with any water proof silicone sealer .
