I just bought a 2006 Dodge Stratus SXT about 2 weeks ago and I noticed when I play music with bass in it, the front speakers seem to squeak or it sounds like something is loose in the door panel. Could it possibly be a blown speaker or maybe a loose screw perhaps? All I know is that it is super annoying when I try and play my music that sound is louder than the music itself

 

I have heard similar symptoms in competition SPL setups I've worked with. Usually means the speaker is being over-driven by the amp. See if you can narrow it down to one speaker (use fade/balance). If it is more than one, your amp may be on it's way out. Once you know for sure which speaker it is, you can remove the door panel (or pull it down from the rear deck).

 

It's the front right speaker that makes the noise.
