Default stratus engine

i have a 2001 se coupe with 3.0 v6 wht does my valve cover say 24 valve is that a single or dual cam and when i look up parts on autozone.com it says that it is a sohc now i have been told to look up parts for this car by using a mitsubishi gt motor any help would be great

Its SOHC. Look up parts for the Mitsubishi Eclipse GT from 00-05. DO NOT use Mitubishi 3000GT as a reference. It has a DOHC 3.0 V6 6G72, and it sits 180* how your engine sits and nothing will work from it.

Keep in mind parts for these cars will be hard to find and more expensive due to the fact it is a dodge. I just did a hub assembly and got it for 90 bucks less my employee discount. For a cap and rot it was 50 and another 50 for the wires.

As far as performance the mitsu GT will yeild more results and likely the parts will fit or can be made to fit.
