My wife has a 1995 6 cylinder stratus. The engine turns over, but will not start. I jumped the fuel pump, and it appears to be working fine. I replaced the ASD and fuel pump relays, and when I reconnected the negative battery cable it started fine, I filled up the gas tank, and it would not start. Ichecked for power at the pump connector in the trunk, and I get 11.5 volts to the sending unit, but no power to the pump itself. I checked the relays with a meter, and they all appear to be working correctly, just no power at the pump. I think it might be the PCM.
