hay guys new to the board but visit from time to time..my brother has a 04 stratus sxt that his wife parked 1 night and went out to go to work next morn. and it would not do a thing.. car will not try to start replaced key cylinder and some ign. part that dodge dealership said it was and still get nothing....lights come on and horn blow no power to radio and starter..took starter off and replaced it and still nothing.could somebody point me in the right way on this im lost with it....we moved the gear shifter back and forth but still nothing tried the spare key and got nothing.thanks in advance for your help..

Did you check all fuses and relays, did you try to jump start the starter, theres a small wire on the starter solonoid jump it to the big power wire with a screw driver or another wire with key on . Hope this helps
