Ok, I just purchased a 2002 Stratus ES-Plus (whatever that is) with the 2.7 liter engine for my son, of course it needs new tires. I believe the rims are American Racing 16 X 7 the tires currently are 205/60/16, can I go any wider? 215? 225?

I would stay with the size that is currently mounted on the rims. Since they are not stock rims, what they will fit can't really be answered here easilly. Maybe a trip to a tire dealer can shed some better light on this?
