I have an 01 dodge stratus, sedan es. 2.7 also. We have replaced this motor once and it is smoking now. I love my car it has the black leather and it is a nice looking car with silver paint and tinted windows it is perfect for my small family. We were debating on selling it because of the unpredictability of the 2.7. For intrepid this is a remedied issue. what about for the stratus. I need specifics about vin code(3.2 or 3.5) engines and modifications that will successfully swap to this car. I am very serious and would appreciate any and all information on this topic for STRATUS. Maybe Diamler Chrysler will chime in to help with some information on this one.
