With the lights on i have all corrects lights in the rear. The moment i apply the brakes the passenger tail light goes out but the brake lights come on fine. This only happens while braking. I need to trouble shoot to pass inspection. I originally thought to just replace the bulb but that has not changed anything.

Could this be a socket issue...wiring issue...?
