Default Tps circuit question for the techs

I drive a 1995 Stratus 2.4. I have had intermittent idle/stalling issues for the last 2 years and replaced about everything. I finally got a scan-tool that can read my (obd1/2hybrid) model and it has revealed my problem to be an inconsistent reading in the tps at idle. It sometimes fluctuates between .75-1.1V when throttle is closed. The scan-tool reads anywhere between 0 and 10% throttle even thought I'm not gassing it. Of course, whenever the tps is reading anything other than closed at idle it makes my fuel mix all messed up and sends my trans into lockup mode, thus killing my motor. We can assume that the car is in good working order otherwise and that it isn't related to the iac, ecm, or any other sensors as they are all reading ok and/or replaced already. I also replaced the TPS and got the same results. I have not checked the 5V wire, the ground wire or the signal wire on the TPS with my DVOM yet. As this is an intermittent issue it isn't easy to recreate symptoms. I was wondering if anyone out there knows which wire (ground, supply, signal?) I should monitor first.

Thanks, Walt.
