I have a 96 Dodge Stratus and when it is wet/cold outside my car sometimes will not start but it does turn over. The car will be running just fine the day prior or even moments before shutting it off then out of the blue it just wont start and it only does it if it is wet outside. What would cause the problem.

 

I have noticed that same problem workin on the vans ..... How does the Ignition module look? if the plates are separated on the coil the coil itself is bad then . Hope that helps .
