2003 dodge stratus 2.4 dohc...i was told not to use champion platinum plugs,what is the reason why,was told to use champion copper pllus instead,if so whats the gap,the part store says .040 but under the hood it says .050

 

It does not really matter which plugs you use i would just go off whatever the auto store tells you (Cheap Anyways) and the gap is .050.
