Annoying creaking noise..

Hey guys in my Dodge Stratus 97 2.4 with 201,502 miles, is getting worse the creaking when turning the wheel at low speeds I have a sound file. if anyone can tell me what it is?..

sounds like one of a dozen things.

sway bar links,
sway bar bushings
control arm bushings
balljoint
rack mount
tie rods

just to name a few.
