Default need help with alarm on 03 stratus

I have an 03 stratus, my car does not have a clicker just the key. The alarm does't go off unless you try to open the door without a key, well today I put the key in and now it won't stop going off. I unplugged the speaker to the alarm, and had to pull the fuse out for the horn, but my headlights are flashing. Even when i crank the car it still goes off. whether your trying to get in or out everytime the door opens it goes off. right now it's just the lights flashing and they go off after about 5 minutes. does anyone have any idea how to just disconnect it?

We're going to need some more information from you. You may not be aware, but the "Stratus" can be either a true "Stratus" (4 door), or a Mitsubishi Eclipse (2 door).

Let us know the details. Coupe/Sedan, which engine, etc.

It's the 2 door coupe. Mitsubishi makes it. I went by the dodge dealership today and they believe it's the wiring in the driver's door. If they dissconnect the alarm it will shut the car down. So i guess I'm going to have to deal with it until September until I have the money to take it in.
