I have a 1996 stratus that stall when at operating temp and when going from highway speeds to a stop. the car is not setting any trouble codes.Replaced the fuel pump and checked the air idle control motor and the tps they checked out within the specified resistance values any suggestions?

 

Older cars used a dash pot to gently close the throttle plates when you abruptly let off the accelerator. This was a vacuum/mechanical device. That function is not handled by the ICM.
