We recently purchased a 2000 Stratus ES. Been getting a buzz when braking at slow speeds. Put new brake pads and rotors on the front this morning. Pumped up the brakes, short drive - still the buzz and then the ABS light comes on. What am I missing? Any help/advice is greatly appreciated.

It could possibly be one of the ABS pick up sensors is hitting the serrated disk. Jack the car up and spin each wheel until you hear a noise.
