I have the code P0038 (O2 SENSOR 1/2 HEATER CIRCUIT HIGH) on my 2005 Dodge Stratus V6 2.7. I have replaced the sensor with a brand new one. I also tested the sensor in another bank and no additional errors popped up, so I am confident it is not the sensor.

What is my next step? I know I need to check the wires, what voltage should I be getting out of the connector for which wires? Where else do I check the wires other than right at the connector?
