05 Stratus SXT won't start..

05 Stratus SXT won't start..
Yesterday morning when I started my car the Check Engine light came on.
(the light came on about 3 months ago, had a diagnostic ran and AZ said it was some sort of emission leak, but things would be okay.) Went and had my oil changed right after my visit to AZ. They ran the diagnostic also, said same thing. They turned the light off for me, said if it came back on to come back. (Just trying to give some background, sorry for rambling.) Car started with no issues all day yesterday, but when I got ready to leave last night it wouldn't start. My clicker to unlock the car doors wont even work.. When you turn on the ignition, it pretty much does nothing at first. Then turn it off and try it again, the odometer will light up, radio comes on, interior light tries to come on and the door ajar ding will go off. I've had to replace the cam sensor before, about 6 months ago.
Could this have anything to do with the fact that my car was ran through some pretty high water a couple of weeks ago? I'm not car savy @ all, and sadly don't have a regular mechanic. If I could get my car back to AZ for the diagnostic, I would.. but it still wont start.
Any info you can provide would be awesome.
