Question O2 sensor question

I drive a 2004 Stratus with a 6 cylinder 2.7. The engine code is P0137 (O2 Circuit Low Voltage Bank 1 Sensor 2). I was just wondering which O2 sensor this is and where is it located? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Bank one is the side that cylinder one is on. On a 2.7 it is the RIGHT bank. Right/Left is determined from power output end so in your case that would be the REAR of engine compartment. (Rear Downstream)

Okay one more question. is this one before or after the catalyst? I'm trying to get an idea of how much it will cost to get a new one
