I have a 2001 Stratus. Today, when I turned on the headlights I noticed that the right light did not turn on. I tried messing around with it, and noticed that when I turn on the high-beams the right light turns on, but the left one turns on.
Any ideas as to why this could be and how to fix it?

 

you have a bad Bulb, replace it
