96 ES 2.5l
It was my grandmothers car, she put on a whopping 75000km in the 12 years she had it (about 6k per year). When she stopped driving she gifted me the car (thanks Gram!). I've put almost that much on in the 2 years I've been driving it (about to turn 140k). I use it to commute about 600km/week.
After the first 2000kms I had a lower ball joint sieze up (the guy who did the safety on it said it was dried out from such little use and of course it would kill Dodge to put a grease nipple on it!). I ended up changing both lower control arms and both outer tie rod ends (with greasable/replaceable aftermarket arms). I put a new set of tires on it and got a front end alignment. the wheel bearings are starting to make noise, they're next on my hit list.
Anyway.... Since the alignment I still have a bit of a 'shake' and there seems to be a lot of body roll/oversteer, whatever you call it. nothing else is loose under there, could there be worn bushings that need to be replaced? Is it just the worn bearings? struts?
Any advice would be appreciated
Thanks in advance

I would jack the front end up. Put your hands on the six and 12 o'clock positions and wiggle the tires back and forth. If your bearings are bad your gonna see a lot of play. Scary once you know how bad your bearing really are. In theory if nothing was wrong with your front suspension you should see no play or wiggle in your tire. Have you taken off the tire and visually inspected your struts? Let us know...
The bearings if going, can cause a lot of play when driving. I would just do both at the same time to be safe. They are easy to change, and the whole hub assembly isn't all that expensive, since the ABS sensors (if equipped) aren't part of the hub to begin with.
