Has happened one or twice in the past and fixed itself.
Appears it no longer wants to play nice.
Turn the key to the ON position and lights come on, pump runs, and all.
Turn to the START position but no start.
Diconnected the ground, no help.

Help please.

 

After trying again to start the car, I heard a slight dull clickng like sound from under the hood.
I went to Autozone and borrowed the OBD scanner.

I scanned, no codes.
I removed the scanner, no start.
I plugged the scanner back in.
No codes.
With scanner plugged in, started.
Removed scanner.
Started.

Greatful it started.

Whats that about?

 

Maybe you just need a new starter or replace the solenoid contacts in the starter cuz that's exactly the symptoms to the problem you are describing.
