Alright my blower motor only works on high and not near what it used to. Would it be the motor or just the resistor?

Next question, Where's it at and how hard is it to change? (haven't gotten time to crawl around under the dash)

 

Prolly going to be your resistor. It's pretty common in our models for them to fail.
