I believe it is leaking. Tried to take it off to repair but there is an inner hose. I separated the rusty metal filler tube from the big "rad" hose that goes to the gas tank by an inch or so but the inner hose is still holding them together. How do you remove the inner hose?

By the way the dealer in Canada wants 641 bucks for the filler tube

 

1) loosen fuel filler cap
2) remove fuel filler neck screws
3) disconnect ground strap from body
4) disconnect fuel filler tube hose from fuel tank neck. remove fuel filler tube assembly
