hi. my stratus has been having some problems with the cluster. my speedometer doesnt work. iv replaced the cluster and the speed output sensor. my check engine light is on so i ran the code and came up with a code of "p1698'' which means "No CCD Messages Received From PCM'' iv thought about replacing the wiring from the speed output sensor to where ever it goes but im really lost. can anyone help? its 2.5 v6.

 

iv a similar problem - no speedometer and tranny stays in low gear

 

that was a 1999 stratus 2.4l engine. will not shift gears. where are the speed sensors?

 

no speedo is output speed sensor , I believe on the A604 tranny it's on the front right of tranny
