ok my 2003 stratus cruise control will not turn on when you first start the can the cruise indicator light comes on with the rest on the dash lights but after started the light will not light cruise wont engage any sugestions

 

did you check fuses i think cruise is fuse #7 in dash if u have owners manual check to make sure,could be a vacuum leak; if its for a sedan theres a little plastic vacuum line on left side(when looking from front of car) of brake booster that goes to a "T" thats the cruise servo,then continues to vacuum reservoir in bumper under driver side headlight (bumper cover has to come off if it needs replacing) see if you can hear any air leaking or if you have a vacuum pump see if reservoirs holds vacuum from "T". thats the easiest to stuff to check the rest really need a scanner to test could be switch bad, brake switch,clutch switch on manual transmission, bad servo
