RPM meter doesn't work sometimes
Hello
I have Stratus 2.0, and RPM meter does not work sometimes and stay at 0 RPM. But sometimes it works good. I guess it's caused by bad contacts somewhere at RPM sensor, but I have no idea where it is located. Any ideas?
Thank you

The tachometer gets its information across the CCD Bus from the Body Control Module (BCM).Info on engine RPM are transmitted from the Power Control Module (PCM) across the CCD Bus to the BCM. The BCM calculates the position of the Tach pointer
based from the input from the PCM and adjusts the pointer of the gauge to the necessary position. This signal is sent over the CCD Bus to the instrument cluster.
You will need schematics to trace it out. There is no need for it to be that complicated. Good luck.
