And the Verdict on the stratus is......
IT F**KING STARTED....
it went like this..... i picked up a cam shat postion sensor... ... i started looking for the where this sensor went.... i couldnt for the life or me find where it went.... i took the throttle body off and everything.... so it dawned on my to look under the hood of my GF's neon... and they f**king sold me the wrong sensor it was the same soner for a neon .... the cam sensor is built into the distrubtor in the stratus.... so knowing this thing had a new distrubutor put in a few months ago and since the throttle body was off i had a good look at the dist and noticed it Wasnt screwed in.... so this explained the code 54 no cam shaft sensor cause its built in the dist.... so i found 2 new nuts for the distrib and put the throttle body back together... doing a tuneup at the same time since i already had cylinders 1 5 3 exposed... and the car runs great now...
