2004 Stratus: Neon Lights, LED headlights, etc

2004 Stratus: Neon Lights, LED headlights, etc
Getting this car next week, but the only downside is that i really don't like the headlights. I'm thinking of replacing them with LED Lights or Halo headlights. Would anybody recommend me some that will fit best for a Dodge stratus sxt 2004?
Also, i'm looking into getting neon lights just for the grill. I don't anything about neon lights, needless to say specific ones for the grill of the car. Would anybody be kind to link me to a good site on that or recommend me some?
One more thing, LED Lights. For the interior of the car, are they cheap and where can i get 'em. Thanks.
