probably either semi-clog heater core, or stuck open thermostat over cooling the engine at idle.
To check heater core, you'll just have to back flush it.
For checking thermostat, you'll have to rely on "feeling" the temperature on radiator hose, or reading data in scanner. Or simply replace it with a new one, since they r cheap.
Check coolant level too.
