Default Clock Spring for 2003 Dodge Stratus 4 cyl.

Ok, I'm about to pull my hair out. I need to replace my clock spring in my 2003 Dodge Stratus, 4 cyl. model. I'm finding clock springs for 6 cyl. models all over the place for about $70-$80, but none of them say they will fit my 4 cyl. I've called a dealer and they have them available for $275. Not gonna happen...

Any idea on where I can look to find this part at a reasonable price?

Well, I wouldn't be surprised if the parts are the same. I just don't want to spend $80 only to find out the part doesn't work.
