Angry HELP 02 Stratus won't start possibly electrical

I hope someone can help me. Car has been at my mechanic for 3 weeks and he cant find the Problem. One morning car wouldnt start. Lights work, radio works, most electrical seems fine. The car didn't make a sound when I tried to start it. Mechanic said battery is fine, alternator, starter are all fine. A brand new computer was put in about 8 months ago. He says it's electrical, hooked his computer to just about everything and it doesn't show the car having any issues. He changed some wires on a harness that connects to the firewall and is now able to get it to crank but it won't start. Little by little over the past year I have been noticing some electrical issues. Front speakers work sometimes. Cruise control stopped working. Air conditioner works sometimes. Rear defoger didn't work for a week but is fine now. Two days prior to car not starting I got an oil change and they changed air filter. Please help the car is otherwise in great condition and would hate to think this is it and have to junk. Help!!!!!!!

I am not sure if he did anything with the relay, I will speak with him about it. No he didn't change the PCM it was the ECM he changed. He said he checked the PCM and it is fine. He strongly beleives it's a wire and can't find it.
