Default oil pan torque

Hey guys. A friend of mine has a 2006 Stratus and she told me the mechanic told her it's leaking oil and needs a new oil pan gasket. She asked me if I could do it for her so I told her I'd give it a shot. She doesn't know what engine it has but from what I've found online it doesn't look like it's that bad to get at. Any tips on changing the gasket? Also does anyone know what the pan is supposed to be torqued to? Thanks!

if you could give us more info on the car we may be able to get more info. A good start would be year/trim/engine/trans. I know you said she isn't sure of the engine but it's hard to give a torque spec on an engine that we dont know what it is.

Once you get the engine I can pull up the specs in MitchellOnDemand (assuming they have the specs on there).

Regards.
