Default Strut Assembly Replacement

Hello, I have a 2002 Dodge Stratus SE 2.4L DOHC. I recently replaced my two rear struts and springs with the Monroe Complete Strut Assemblies. They worked out great! Now I am wanting to replace my front two struts. I would like to find a complete assembly like the Monroe Quick-Struts, but have not found any. I know that some parts from the Dodge Stratus Sedan are interchangeable with the Chrysler Sebring Sedan. I found these strut assemblies http://www.primechoiceautoparts.com/...RING-2002.aspx
But they did not have any for the Dodge Stratus. My question is, are these front assemblies interchangeable? Thanks in advance!

i would say there not just because of the cost, think the sedan is a typo on description should probably say coupe(convertible is built on coupe chassis).it would be nice if someone made them for sedans(front struts are a real pain to do) but would cost way to much(at least 300-400 dollars each)

i would say just get springs and shocks individually, but the stock springs are a ***** to compress, i had my compressors all the way down, and i ended up just sticking the strut in a vise and popping the top cap the rest of the way off, flew maybe 5 feet in the air, no biggie. obviously not very safe, but whatever.
