I have the '95 Chyrsler Cirrus with 2.5 V6. Is it possible to mod the radiator fans to kick on and off? It seems like the car just gets to hot, then the fans turns on. And a couple of minutes later it will cut back off.

The themistat, temp sensor, radiator cap and coolant all have been replaced.

 

water pump belt is a little floopy, but not loose. Should I try to tighten it?
