Default "No Bus" Message and Wont Shift

I have a 97 Stratus that's been having dash board issues (gauge cluster) going off and on, along with the car not wanting to shift when being driven due to the letter "D" not being squared, car not wanting to start up due to digital display not showing the letter "P" squared (in park), -- and yesterday the odometer went out and the gas gauge failed while driving the car, the car would not shift out of 2nd with all letters (gear positions) lit up.

These issues are all off and on issues, but getting worse with every passing day the car is used.

Does any one have any ideals of what we can do to fix this problem..... short of buying a new PCM?

Here are the CODES that come UP........

12 - Problem with the Battery Connection. Direct battery input to PCM disconnected with in the last 50 ignition key on cycle.

66 - Transmission control module (TCM) or body control module (BCM) not sensed by PCM.

45 - Transaxle fault present in transmission control module - automatic transaxles.

15 - A problem with the Vehicle Speed Sensor signal. NO Vehicle Speed Sensor signal detected during road load condition.

_______

We also got these codes, but had them in the pass and are aware of them.
(#33 A/C unit - #21 O2 sensor - #32 open or short in EGR)

....... we do not have any air in the car, but have heat.
