Default spark plugs

Changing the plugs on a buddies car in a week and i was wondering what plugs are recommended for the 2.4 engine? i know to use champio plugs but should i go with the copper, platinum, double plat or iridium champion plugs?

Weve decided to go with the double plat. Has anyone had previous experience with these?

this isnt really any help, but on the subject, ive never noticed a huge difference with changing plugs. i mean sure ive seen a couple mpg improvement, but never enough difference to get A plugs over B plugs.

Thanks for the input. Ive never seen much difference either just that some are said to last longer. Personally i just use copper on my truck and switch em out every year or 15,000 miles.
